Los Angeles born Anji Bee has contributed lyrics and vocals to many bands over the past decade, but joining forces with Ryan Lum (of Projekt recording act, Love Spirals Downwards) as the indie band, Lovespirals, remains her main focus. Lovespirals’ music has been featured internationally on network and cable television including: MTV, VH1, ETV, WE, and The Oprah Winfrey Show. Her Lovespirals CDs are available via iTunes, CDBaby, Amazon and many other online and in store outlets.
Since 2005, Anji has created and produced a series of podcasts and vidcasts including Chillin’ with Lovespirals, The Chillcast with Anji Bee, the Anji Bee Vidcast, Lovely Ladies, and Unwind. She also contributed to the 2007 People's Choice Podcast Award winning ShowGirls podcast and has guest hosted or appeared on numerous shows including The Daily Source Code, Rumor Girls Uncut, Dave's Lounge, In Over Your Head, and Let's Get Naughty. Anji also guest hosted many episodes of the International Lounge Network radio program, Atmosphere 69, for Mix96 in Canada.
The Chillcast with Anji Bee was hand selected by PodShow founder, Adam Curry, as one of 30 flagship podcasts for the Mevio Network (formerly PodShow Podcast Network) and he has said Anji has "the sexiest voice in podcasting." Her popular weekly podsafe chillout music podcast, enjoyed a stint on Sirius Satellite Radio as part of Adam Curry's Podshow lineup on Sirius Stars 102. The Chillcast was twice nominated as "Best Podsafe Music Podcast" for the People's Choice Podcast Awards.
